Here's what you need to know about our upcoming Majors Baseball/Softball assessments. If you have not yet registered your child, please do so ASAP!!! At www.windhamll.com They must be registered to come to assessments.
Location is Windham High School main gym
Major Assessments are required for League Age 12 and 11 players and any League Age 10 players who wish to try out for Majors. If you were on a majors team last year you are not required to come, however it would help out the people assessing all the kids to be able too set a standard.
Your child should change into sneakers once inside the building. Bring a glove, a bottle of water, a helmet, and a bat.
Parents are not allowed to observe assessments. Please return at the appropriate time to pick up your child.
For our Majors division, we do not assign teams. Our managers draft their teams, and assessment scores help them in that process to create teams that are as balanced as possible
For our 8-9 year olds we still want them at assessments to help us place them on the appropriate teams.
The Make up date for assessments are March 19th
(This is only if we cancel for snow)
Softball Assessments are Sunday, March 12th.
8-9 yr olds 1:30-2:15 (check in at 1:15pm)
10-12 yr olds 2:15- 3:00 (check in at 2:00pm)
Baseball Assessments are Sunday, March 12th.
8-9 yr olds 3:15-4:15PM (check in at 3:00PM)
10-11-12 yr olds 4:30-6:15PM (check in at 4:15PM)
